We're located on the corner, so there will be plenty of parking spaces waiting for you on either side of the building. If the door is locked when you arrive, it means a class is still in session, but we'll unlock it as soon as we're done.

To ensure everyone has enough time for a proper warmup, our classes start right on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the doors will be locked, and you will not be allowed to join the class.

Please help us keep our studio clean by taking off your shoes when you arrive and leaving them in the shoe cubby next to the door.

We've placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the studio, making it easy to keep your hands clean before, during, and after your workout.

We have both a locker room and a restroom for you to change in. Lockers are available for free, to safely store your belongings. If your bag is too large to fit inside, feel free to use the hooks on the adjacent wall.

Make sure your belongings are secure with a small lock. Active members can use locks for free (just ask us at the front desk), or you can purchase one in the studio for $6.

After you've changed and stored your belongings, grab a pole and unroll your yoga mat. If you forgot your mat or don't have one, you can purchase one in the studio. Enjoy your class!
